Davisons Law says larger new home will enable it to accommodate recruitment plans

A law firm is set to mark its tenth anniversary in a West Midlands town with a move to new premises.

Davisons Law said it would relocate in March to a newly refurbished, three-storey office building at Westbury House, in Warwick Road, Solihull, which is very close to its current base.

The practice operates from 12 offices across the West Midlands and sites in Cheltenham and London.

Westbury House is currently undergoing extensive renovation works to create multiple meeting spaces.

The new premises will triple the firm's current capacity, enabling plans to recruit more than 100 additional staff over the next three years, partly in response to the proposed redevelopment of Mell Square and the construction of 1,600 new homes in the area.

This expansion comes as Davisons Law celebrates a decade of being in Solihull.

Equity director Darryl Wilkes said: "This move represents a pivotal moment in our Solihull journey.
