Law firm Clarke Willmott moves to new Cardiff city centre office location

The Cardiff office of the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ-wide law firm was previously based in Cardiff Bay

Law firm Clarke Willmott has relocated its Cardiff office to the city centre. The firm has taken 3,172 sq ft of space on the second floor of 2 Callaghan Square office building - which form part of the wider Callaghan Square scheme.

Clarke Willmott, whose other º£½ÇÊÓÆµ offices include those in London, Bristol and Manchester, was previously located at the Scott Harbour office scheme in Cardiff Bay. The building is being turned into a build to rent apartment scheme by Cardiff-based developer Rightacres.

The firm’s team of 26 in Cardiff will operate at its new office on a hybrid working model.

Vicky Kells, head of Clarke Willmott's Cardiff office, said: “Our relocating to this new office marks a new chapter in our journey. The move also comes just before our 10-year anniversary and we couldn’t be happier to be here in Cardiff, in a new city centre office and celebrating the successes of the last decade.

“I’m immensely proud of the team we have here and look forward to continuing to make our mark on the Cardiff legal scene.”

Clarke Willmott chief executive Peter Swinburn, said: “The relocation of the Cardiff office supports our way of working and strengthens our commitment to sustainability. The building’s design aligns with our ESG (environmental, social and governance goals, including reaching Net Zero by 2040, and wherever possible, we’ve reused and repurposed our original furniture.
