International law firm Ronald Fletcher Baker has appointed Paul Pinder as a specialist real estate litigation solicitor.

Pinder, who has 15 years' experience in dealing with complex commercial, mixed-use and residential development schemes, joins from Pinsent Masons in Manchester, where he was head of the housing law property disputes team.听

He will be responsible for advising clients in all areas of real estate litigation matters and will work alongside partner, and head of Manchester office, Afsheen Nasr, in developing Ronald Fletcher Baker鈥檚 growing client portfolio.

Frenkel Topping Group

Salford-based financial advisors Frenkel Topping Group has appointed Elaine Cullen-Grant as its new chief financial officer.

Ms Cullen-Grant, who has been group financial controller at the listed firm since 2009, will assume the role on March 1, when current chief financial officer Stephen Bentley retires.

Manchester-based law firm Primas, which has offices in Cheshire, Manchester and London, has announced three new hires in the north west.

Primas has welcomed solicitors Katie Hitchen and Katy Williamson to its real estate team and听paralegal Dammy Osemwenkhae into its litigation department.

Hitchen joins the team from SAS Daniels in Stockport, while Williamson joins from Cambridge firm Ashtons Legal.

Osemwenkhae joins with experience in the finance litigation sector, assisting on volume debt recovery matters for the 海角视频 banks and financial institutions.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rob Taylor to head its logistics and industrial team in Manchester.

Taylor joins as a partner from the Manchester office of Knight Frank, where he headed its North West industrial team.

In his new role he will be responsible for developing Cushman & Wakefield鈥檚 logistics and industrial business across the region and providing client service, working in conjunction with the firm鈥檚 London and Leeds offices.

He brings 16 years鈥 experience in the industrial sector, dealing with both disposal and acquisition work for a number of key fund, developer and occupier clients including Cabot, Quorum, LaSalle IM, Canmoor, BlackRock, M&G, CBREGi, L&G, Harworth Estates, Redsun, BMO and PLP.

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has appointed Julie Moore as its new employment tax director.

She joins RSM from PwC and specialises in IR35 and off-payroll workforce matters.

In her new role, she will lead the employer solutions team in the North West.

Palatine has made five promotions at its Manchester office

Independently owned private equity firm Palatine Private Equity has made six promotions across its 海角视频 business, including five at its Manchester office.

James Gregson, James Painter, Kieran Lawton and James Winterbottom have been appointed senior investment directors.

Manchester-headquartered Cloud Technology Solutions (CTS) has appointed Tom Ray as chief operating officer.

Mr Ray joins CTS from cloud computing consultancy Cloudreach, where he worked for nine years. During this time, he held roles including global head of operations, head of Cloudreach USA and, most recently, the general manager of Microsoft Azure.

In his new role, he will work with chief executive James Doggart to drive further growth for the business across its 海角视频 and European markets.
