Brabners has appointed two new partners to its corporate team.
Stephen Hadlow and Piers Dryden join the firm and will be based at its King Street office.
Mr Dryden's appointment marks the establishment of the firm's new fintech regulatory practice.

Independent advisory firm Dow Schofield Watts has appointed Cath Priestley as recruitment manager.

Based in the firm's Daresbury office, Ms Priestly has been tasked with helping to accelerate its expansion throughout the regions by recruiting finance professionals and teams who want to set up their own business under the Dow Schofield Watts brand and support the growth of existing business units within the group.

Manchester-based accountants and business advisors Beever and Struthers has appointed Narinder Sandher as an internal audit director in its not-for-profit team.

Mr Sandher joins from international audit firm Mazars where he spent 12 years as a leader within the risk assurance team.
In his new role, he will assist with the development of the firm’s national internal audit service and strengthen its role as a provider of services to the not-for-profit sector, working with social housing, education, charity and third sector organisations.

Duff & Phelps
Global advisor Duff & Phelps has appointed Paul Reeves as managing director, based in its Manchester office.
Mr Reeves joins the firm from Fresh Thinking Capital. He has also held the role of partner at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group.

Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance has appointed Paul Johnston as regional managing director for its north west team.
Based in Manchester, Mr Johnston will be working alongside accountants and business advisors to support SMEs seeking asset based lending solutions between £1m and £50m.
He will also be responsible for developing and implementing the local strategy and leading the relationship and origination teams in the region.
