Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has聽appointed聽Alastair Nuttall as a partner in Manchester.
With more than 25 years' experience, Mr Nuttall joins from EY where he headed up the North West and Yorkshire audit practices.
The role will see him work聽alongside RSM鈥檚 regional audit managing partner Jonathan Lowe and the 130-strong regional audit team to support a portfolio of middle market businesses in the region and across the 海角视频.

Manchester-based School Letting Solutions (SLS) has appointed Jenny Shuttleworth as head of people.
SLS, which provides a full letting solution for schools, academies and colleges, said it made the appointment as the business 鈥渃ontinues to grow its team and reach鈥 .
Ms Shuttleworth, who has previously held roles at Virgin Active and Aldi, will focus will be on hiring, developing and retaining a team and create a 鈥済reat place to work鈥澛 across head office and roles across the 海角视频.

Specialist asset-based lender Ultimate Finance has appointed Vinnie Dobie and Jemma Taylor as Regional Directors for the North West.
The lender said Mr Dobia and Ms Taylor have 鈥渋n-depth knowledge of the local economy, with strong relationships in the region鈥.

Placefirst

Manchester-based build-to-rent developer Placefirst has聽appointed聽Paul Westhead as director of development.
In the newly-created role, the developer said Mr Westhead will play a key senior role in helping it achieve its planned target of 3,500 homes by 2023.
He joins Placefirst from Trafford Housing Trust, where he held the role of head of new business and, more recently, head of land and partnerships.

Engineering firm High Voltage Partial Discharge (HVPD) appointed Kelly Thorley to the board as director of HR and Administration.
It follows her appointment earlier this year as secretary of HVPD, Inc., the USA arm of our business.
Kelly joins the board alongside Marc Foxall (business development and test services director), Rachel Oates (commercial director), Alex Polley (director of systems development) and Malcolm Seltzer-Grant (technical director).

Manchester-based development and regeneration specialist Genr8 has appointed Matt Brennan as project manager.
Mr Brennan joins from Walker Sime where he worked with a range of clients across various schemes, including Genr8鈥檚 Smithfield project in Stoke-on-Trent.
