Land and property lawyer returns to mfg Solicitors

A respected litigation lawyer has returned to Midland law firm mfg Solicitors following a 10-year career break.

Land and property dispute expert Sarah Coyne, who held a number of leadership roles at the practice between 1990 and 2004, has re-joined mfg an assistant solicitor.

Ms Coyne will be working closely with partner and head of the firm’s litigation division, Harjie Singh Bindra.

With expertise in landlord and tenant claims, boundary disputes and trespass issues, Ms Coyne is the latest face to be added to mfg’s 11-strong litigation team and will be based at the firm’s Bromsgrove office working with a range of clients.

Mr Singh Bindra, said: “Sarah knows the firm well and is already settling back in superbly.

“She is an experienced litigator with top-class credentials which can only reinforce what is already a talented, growing team.

“We are thrilled she is back at mfg and the advice and support she is able to offer both local and national clients is already making a difference.”
