From a new sales manager to a financial director, here are some of the top appointments you may have missed in North Staffordshire
KYLE WILLIS
Experienced sales professional Kyle Willis has joined Adept Vehicle Management as part of a major growth plan at the company.
Kyle Willis, aged 26, has joined the Newcastle-under-Lyme-based fleet specialists as fleet sales manager.
Kyle has worked in the vehicle sales arena for more than four years and was a branch manager for a large commercial car rental company before joining Adept.
Adept director Carl Cumbo said: “It is a very busy time at Adept and we are in a position to grow our team. It is good to be able to support local, young talented sales professionals such as Kyle and we welcome him to the team.
“He will be working primarily with the Staffordshire business community, forging links through organisations such as Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce and BNI Staffordshire.”
LARNE PAYNE

Hanley Economic Building Society Larne Payne has been appointed as the new financial director for the business.
Larne has been with the Staffordshire-based society for more than seven years after joining as a financial controller in March 2012.
She was subsequently promoted to the position of head of finance in 2017.
Her new role will include overseeing financial and regulatory reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow planning and treasury management.
She will also be sitting on the society’s assets and liabilities committee as well as chairing the product development committee and treasury committee.
Larne said: "After seven years with the society, I’m excited for the next stage of my career here at Hanley Economic.

DANIEL NUTT
Staffordshire Moorlands-based building society Leek United has appointed Daniel Nutt as the new branch manager at its Market Drayton branch.
Dan, aged 29, took over the role this month (August) at the High Street office – his first senior position since completing the society’s Management Development Programme earlier this year.
He began his career with Leek United in November 2014, following several years in the retail industry, and worked initially as a customer assistant at Cheadle in the Staffordshire Moorlands, progressing to become deputy branch manager.
For the last two-and-a-half years, Dan has been based in the savings department at the society’s Leek head office.
He said: "In many ways, Market Drayton is very similar to Cheadle – a busy market town with lots of hustle and bustle – and I already feel right at home there. We have a great, loyal customer base – many of whom we’re on first-name terms with – who place a huge value on the friendly, personal face-to-face service Leek United offers.
“As a team we also take great pride in contributing to the local community, and I’m very much looking forward to working in the town and playing my own part in continuing that tradition.’
