HRC Law’s five-strong corporate team join rivals TLT

The HRC Law team join existing TLT corporate partners Elizabeth Delaney, Andrew Needham and Ian Roberts.

Law firm TLT is continuing to grow its Manchester office after poaching HRC Law’s five-strong corporate team.

Partners Richard Life and Mark Traynor alongside associates Sherrelle Scott and William Ngan and solicitor Jennifer Kelly have joined the Manchester office of TLT.

The team advises across a number of sectors including digital, childcare/nursery, automotive and retail & consumer goods and on a range of corporate matters from acquisitions and disposals to company governance and secretarial services.

The hire is part of TLT’s ongoing growth in Manchester and follows the recent arrival of construction partner Sean McCay and insolvency & disputes partner Claire Graham.
