A company set up to help other businesses apply for big contracts has helped its clients win £532 million-worth of tenders in just two years.
Your Tender Team was set up to provide clients with everything from bid writing and bid management, right through to reviews of their applications.
It has a handful of staff in Leicester, Nottingham and Sheffield and is now looking at winning more national clients.
The team works in various sectors ranging from health and social care to construction, the MOD, recruitment, insurance and even translation services.
In the care home sector, for instance, it works with clients ranging from big national companies to local care-at-home providers.
As well as writing tenders on behalf of other businesses, it can review tenders that have already been written and help clients search out tenders in the first place.
James Kent, a director at the firm which has its registered base in Enderby, just outside Leicester, said the business was going through rapid expansion, now employing four staff with plans to take on more, including graduates from the region’s main universities.
He co-founded the business in 2017 with Nathan Littler and has a background in business and management. In those two years they have handled hundreds of tenders.
