"We have consistently grown in each of our three years in business and that has included an increasing client base in the West Midlands.

"We have added three new staff members in just the last six months, a significant growth step for our young and specialist practice.

"Many of our team live in the West Midlands and I am originally from Birmingham and went to school and worked in the city so having a Colmore Row office is good for them and good for the current and future clients we intend to attract.

"Our offices and our team match our ambitions for growth and we like that we punch above our weight in the services we provide and the importance of the cases we increasingly are involved in resolving to our clients' satisfaction.

"We want to attract more solicitors and support staff to join us so having a presence in both the East and West Midlands will help us. We want to expand our footprint and look to other major commercial cities in the future."

Mr Cummins launched the firm after he sold his previous after nine years in business.

He was also previously a partner at Gateley and Freeths.
