Exeter-based Solicitors Title has entered into collaboration with Harris Law South West which will bring a significant expansion of services offered to businesses.

Solicitors Title LLP already has offices in Exeter and Yeovil, covering areas such as online data management, franchising, licensing, retail and manufacturing, commercial property and leases, litigation, wills, probate and intellectual property.

Solicitors Title’s collaboration with Totnes-based Harris Law will now also give clients of the 21-year-old firm access to HR, mediation and employment law.

Janet Milton, a partner at Solicitors Title, said: “As someone with many years experience of working in large organisations dealing with employment issues, I know that there is a clear distinction between advice and support for an organisation dealing with the day to day personnel issues and the need for the hard hitting employment advice and support when a real problem arises.

"In collaborating with Harris Law this gives our clients access to the full HR and employment service. Therefore we feel we complement each other

perfectly; our existing team of experts will add value to Harris Law’s clients and vice versa.”

Wendy Harris, founder of Harris Law South West has been a practising lawyer in Devon for more than 13 years. She said: “Collaborating with Solicitors Title is not only an exciting step for me, but also for the wider South Hams and South Devon business community.

“They are a hugely talented group of lawyers who are making an impact across all areas of private, property and commercial law.
