A chartered surveyors and construction consultancy has become the first non-creative business to move into a Derby office scheme.

When Adair established its base in the city a year ago, non-creative businesses were not eligible to take space at Connect Derby’s Sadler Bridge Studios.

However, when the rules were relaxed at the turn of the year, Adair’s head of region, Rachel Titley, and her team decided to move to the Bold Lane building.

The relocation follows a successful few years for Adair, which was founded in 1994 and has offices in London, Surrey and Gibraltar.

The company has established a strong track record for delivering commercial and residential developments across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ and overseas.

Its core services are quantity and building surveying, project management, dispute resolution and project monitoring.

Sadler Bridge Studios offers managed workspace across three floors.

It features 36 high-specification offices, ranging in size from 150 sq ft to 550 sq ft and is home to a diverse range of tenants, from start-ups to established and developing businesses.
