Financial services and business advisory practice Cooper Parry is relocating its team to Birmingham city centre.

The company has signed a deal to be the first tenant in the new flexible working hub run by East Midlands outfit Cubo at the £700 million Paradise development.

The Derby-based firm announced last month that it had struck a 12.5-year lease deal for 24,000 sq ft of space within Two Chamberlain Square.

Cooper Parry, which currently has offices at East Midlands Airport and in London, was previously homed on Blythe Valley Park in Solihull.

Cubo was founded in 2020 by husband and wife team Marc and Rebecca Brough and now has co-working facilities in Derby, Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield with its Birmingham base opening in May. It will have hot desking and designated desk facilities and private offices.

Cooper Parry's chief executive Ade Cheatham said: "Our move into the Cubo space comes at a brilliant time.

"Building on our strong market presence across the region, we have seriously ambitious plans for growth over the coming few years.
