Engineering consultancy rolls dice on new national HQ

Dice Consulting unveils new home in Nottingham city centre - needed to accommodate its growing East Midlands team

Dice is based in St Marys Gate, Nottingham

An engineering consultancy has opened a new national HQ.

Dice has unveiled its new home in Nottingham city centre, which it said is needed to accommodate its growing East Midlands team.

Located on the Third Floor at The Courtyard in St Marys Gate, the new 1,696 sq ft workspace – which can accommodate up to 20 people – has been designed to meet Covid-19 safety measures, with socially distanced workspaces for all staff.

The move follows a busy year for Dice, which recently added four new members of staff to its team to support new projects and client wins.

Dice has clients across a number of sectors, including student accommodation, PRS, modular, residential, and retail.

It has worked on The Nest, a new, £5 million student residential scheme, in Derby Road, Nottingham, a new Hindu faith crematorium in Uxbridge, and a 96 luxury studio apartments in a 16 storey building in Stockport.

Director Wayne Oakes said: “We’re delighted to have officially moved into our new HQ as this new working environment is a testament to our ever-evolving and developing team.

“We are continuing to work within the government guidance and for now, we’re using the office for business-critical project and team meetings, with the majority of the team working from home.
