An HR consultancy has launched two new franchises as part of its ambitious growth plans.
Breedon Consulting, based in Ashby, in Leicestershire, is opening the franchises in Northamptonshire and North Buckinghamshire this spring. Further branches are planned.
It comes after the business announced a formal partnership with Leicester’s ER Recruitment to broaden the services it offers in HR, recruitment, and learning and development services.

Managing director Nicki Robson said: “We are so excited to announce the launch of two new franchises, and it has been a joy to watch the consultancy grow over the last two decades.

The consultancy will also be launching a new employee engagement package this year, with plans to introduce additional services and sector specific offerings throughout 2021.

Breedon was founded by Nicki Robson in 1999, to provide training and development for SMEs in a range of sectors.
It extended that service to training managers and providing support on all HR-related matters.
In 2013 operations director Bev Brady joined the team helping Nicki grow of the company to its current team of eight.
Management said turnover has trebled in the last four years, helped by referrals from longstanding clients and contacts, many of them in the energy, finance and scientific industries who have been with the business for more than 20 years.
