The corporate healthcare team at Acuity Law completed deals in the dental sector with a combined value of around £60m in the first quarter of this year.
The expanding Cardiff headquartered firm acted on 40 merger and acquisitions deals in the sector.
The firm’s corporate healthcare team’s specialist dental mergers and acquisitions (M&A) division - understood to be the largest of ant º£½ÇÊÓÆµ legal firm, - orchestrated deals for individual and corporate providers covering purchases, sales, investments, restructurings and refinancings.
The ending of the financial year for the NHS and the tax year were key drivers in deal volumes.

Acuity’s corporate healthcare team was bolstered by the appointment of Clare Emery as a partner. She brings over 20 years of specialist dental legal expertise, advising dental professionals as they buy, sell and restructure their practices.
