Birmingham-based law firm Clarke Willmott has advised on a major acquisition supporting the Extra MSA Group to complete the 拢250 million purchase of nine 海角视频 motorway service areas from Serena Properties.
Clarke Willmott鈥檚 corporate and real estate teams advised the Extra MSA Group, which is backed by equity investor M3 Capital Partners, on the acquisition.

鈥淭his expands Extra鈥檚 investment ownership of substantial motorway service areas to 18 key locations in the 海角视频 motorway network.

The acquisition has doubled the number of motorway service areas that Extra owns and follows the opening of its new M25 Cobham operation.
