A Bristol financial company has been acquired by a London wealth firm for an undisclosed sum.
Aspira Corporate Solutions has ben acquired by Titan Wealth Holdings, subject to regulatory approval, in a transaction which will boost Titan鈥檚 total assets under management by 拢4bn to a total of 拢16.6bn. Established in 2000, Aspira Corporate Solutions offers financial advice.
Based in Bristol the frim has a team of 50 financial and corporate advisors to over 15,000 private and corporate clients across the 海角视频. The acquisition will complement the existing retail offering of the Titan group, which is already in a strategic partnership with Aspira to develop the investment proposition and manage the Aspira Model Portfolio Service investments.

Derek Miles, chief executive of Aspira will become chief executive of the financial planning division of Titan, with the remit to oversee the financial planning business within the Titan Group focussing on providing existing and new retail and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions.
