Raft of partner and director promotions at PwC

The professional services firm has admitted a record 57 new partners to the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ partnership, almost half of which are in the regions

PwC in the Midlands has strengthened its senior regional team, with six new partners and 14 new directors.

The professional services firm has admitted a record 57 new partners to the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ partnership, almost half of which are in the regions.

The new partners in the Midlands are Alison Breadon (assurance), Andrew Taylor (tax), Cat McCusker (consulting), Nick Hatton (tax), Rob Moran (deals) and Will Dowsett (tax).

Ms Breadon joined PwC in 1996, and her primary focus is in health and local government, where she leads a large number of internal and external audit engagements.

Mr Taylor leads the Midlands VCT practice and works alongside clients to evaluate, design and implement operationally and tax efficient business models. He joined PwC as a graduate and has over 15 years’ experience advising and working with multinational groups.

Ms McCusker leads PwC’s work in the public sector across the Midlands and in the education sector nationally across higher education and further education. She joined PwC as a graduate and has over 14 years’ consulting experience helping public and private sector clients.

Mr Hatton joined PwC in 2008, and after spending time in Manchester and London, now leads the Midlands tax M&A team. He has 16 years’ experience advising mid-market private equity investors, infrastructure funds and multinational companies.

Mr Moran has over 11 years’ experience within the restructuring and refinancing area of PwC’s Deals business. He relocated to the Birmingham office from the London restructuring team in 2014 and now leads PwC’s corporate restructuring team across the Midlands region.
