Midlands accountancy group Baldwins has expanded its reach in the region by acquiring a practice in Worcester.
The firm, which has offices in Walsall, Stourbridge, Leamington Spa and Wolverhampton among others, has bought out Sandison Rouse & Co.
The existing team will all remain at the business which will now be known as Baldwins incorporating Sandison Rouse & Co.

"Long-serving directors Karen Cavens and Darren Stevenson will lead the office and this acquisition will give their customers the opportunity to make the most of our specialised services."

Mr Baldwin added that the acquisition was the start of a process of expansion within the county.
