A Black Country finance firm has been acquired by a global group.

Sedgley-based Alpha Financial Services has been bought out in an undisclosed deal by Hoxton Capital Management which has offices in London, Dubai, the US, Australia, Cyprus and South Africa.

Alpha Financial Services has £80 million worth of assets under management and serves more than 300 families and corporate clients across the West Midlands.

The company, which has been providing financial management, pensions and life insurance advice since 1996, offers a full range of financial management services, including investment planning, income drawdown and pension consolidation.

In addition, Hoxton has also bought out Guildford-based Bartholomew Financial Planning.

"These acquisitions reinforce Hoxton's dedication to providing unparalleled financial solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
