Midland law firm mfg Solicitors has expanded its commercial property department with the appointment of a specialist solicitor.
Jennifer Hicks-Jones has joined as an associate after spending 10 years at Birmingham-based Eversheds where she worked as a commercial law expert - advising on property-related matters in the pub, retail and industrial sectors.
Ms Hicks-Jones will work closely with partner Michael Payne supporting clients in all types of issues including disposals, acquisitions, development and property-related transactions.

Based in Shropshire and Worcestershire, mfg Solicitors’ main offices are in Telford, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Worcester.

During her career Ms Hicks-Jones has acted on a number of high profile cases. They include advising a leading aviation firm on an intricate airport transaction and supporting an established pub group as it disposed of a number of its premises for redevelopment.
