A leisure company which specialises in building adventure golf courses is looking to open its first site in the Midlands.
Adventure Experience runs a group of six courses in the South East, including its first site at the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, but managing director Scott Sinclair told the Post he was now keen to grow out of the company's traditional heartland.
He said: "We are looking to expand our offering throughout the 海角视频 and, following extensive demographic profiling, we have established Birmingham and Leeds as the next key target areas that could benefit from an Adventure Experience concept site.

"Our sites offer a fully funded, affordable outdoor leisure attraction the whole family can enjoy and we hope to bring this experience to the Midlands very soon once we can find a suitable site and landlord."
The company was set up in 2010 with the aim of bringing Florida-style, 18-hole adventure golf courses to the 海角视频 with features such as waterfalls, pirates and dinosaurs at the firm's sites.
It has placed a tender notice seeking land in the Erdington, Handsworth and Perry Barr areas of Birmingham and said it was keen to hear from land owners looking to redevelop plots for leisure uses.
Adventure Experience said it needed land of between half and one acre with car parking and the golf courses could adjoin leisure sites such as ice rinks and parkland.
Mr Sinclair added: "Our concept allows us to create fun and entertaining leisure destinations for families on land which has little or no other use, and we are especially keen to look at leasing green belt or metropolitan open land from local authorities offering a substantial rental income over a 25-year period.
"The directors involved in Adventure Experience have successfully designed, built and launched six themed Florida-style adventure golf sites around London and in the South East."
