Xeinadin Group adds four-office South Yorkshire accountancy practice Smith Craven to the ranks

54-strong team will continue to be headed up by Andy Cribb and Kelvin Fitton

A South Yorkshire headquartered specialist accounting firm has been acquired by a national operator in the professional services sphere.

Xeinadin Group Ltd has swooped for Smith Craven, a practice closing in on 100 years of business support.

Based in Doncaster, with offices in Sheffield, Workshop and Chesterfield, a total of 54 staff are employed.

It will continue to be led by Andy Cribb and Kelvin Fitton, with the deal described as bringing additional strength to Xeinadin through its finance raising, audit, tax and due diligence services.

Xeinadin has more than 1,600 employees across the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ and Ireland and describes itself as one of the professional services market’s leading disruptors and consolidators, with annual revenues of over £100 million in its latest financial year.

It was formed through the merger of more than 100 small and medium-sized accountancy practices in the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ and Ireland in 2019.
