Two West Midlands financial services firms have merged.

Solihull-based accountants and business advisory practice Jerroms has joined forces with financial management outfit Blue Sky Corporate Finance.

The deal has further expanded the Jerroms' services which already include accountancy, business advice, financial planning, mortgages and access to commercial finance.

Blue Sky was founded in 1998 and specialises in providing corporate finance, due diligence, accountancy and consultancy services to SMEs across a wide range of sectors from offices in Birmingham and Bromsgrove.

It will be rebranded as Jerroms Corporate Finance and operate from Jerroms headquarters on Blythe Valley Park while Blue Sky accountancy services will relocate to Jerroms' office in Bromsgrove.

The merger forms part of Jerroms' expansion strategy and comes just months after the additions of Jerroms Mortgage & Finance and Jerroms Financial Planning to the group.

Director Lucas Markou said: "We work with thousands of companies, many of which are growing businesses that need access to a full array of financial services.
