An award-winning accountancy firm has opened an office in Torbay to help local businesses and attract more talent.

They made the move back in June, showing their commitment to the area.

Top 30 professional services firm, which delivers accounting, tax and audit services opened its office on Nicholson Road to accommodate its growth exactly 100 years on from opening its first ever office in Torquay.

Bishop Fleming’s heritage is deeply rooted in the Torbay business scene having started in 1919 when Frank Bishop joined in partnership with the man who gives the business the second part of its name – Mr Fleming.

The firm has now grown into one of the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ’s leading Top 30 accountancy firms, employs 370 people and has six other offices in the South West and Midlands. It celebrated record levels of recruitment in 2019, after the successful launch of its Launchpad school leaver apprentice programme.
