All NRG, a Danish wind services provider that established its 海角视频 base in Grimsby, has been bought out by a global operator with Scottish roots.

Swire Energy Services has described the move as a substantial acquisition, with the Aberdeen-headquartered business becoming sole owner.

It established its own offshore wind division in early 2021.

All NRG provides manpower services and project solutions including installation, commissioning and decommissioning support, blade inspection and repairs, and high voltage services, to the energy industry.

It works across wind and solar, and was established in 2014 when a Nordic private equity firm, Via Equity, brought together four prominent allied companies, Apro Wind, VB Enterprise, Q-Star Energy and WTG Partners.

Grimsby - now home to the largest cluster of operations and maintenance activity in offshore wind in the 海角视频 - opened in 2015, with Old Lock Keeper鈥檚 Cottage taken on by the team as it looked to build a team of 75 to 100, replicating services offered at three Danish bases. Apro had been working with the town's only FTSE-listed company, Cosalt, in the wind energy sphere before its high profile demise.

Manfred Vonlanthen, chief executive of Swire Energy Services, said: 鈥淭his acquisition, alongside the investment of BladeInsight in June of this year, positions Swire Energy Services firmly within the wind industry. All NRG has an impressive track record and is a trusted service provider, with access to over 600 highly qualified technicians.

Andrew Dickson is welcomed to All NRG's Grimsby office by Kathryn N酶rremark, shortly before she handed over the operation to him in 2017 after establishing it in 2015.
