A Derby leasing company has placed an order for 100 new IVECO S-WAY HGV trucks and taken delivery of the first two.
Contract hire, rental and commercial vehicle provider Hexagon Leasing has taken delivery of its first batch of IVECO鈥檚 latest truck, which has been redesigned from the ground up.
Management said the company was the first rental and contract hire provider in the 海角视频 to place a significant order for the new model.
The initial order of 100 trucks will be delivered over the next nine months, supplied by IVECO dealer South West Truck & Van.
The multi-million pound deal includes a mix of 6x2 and 4x2 480 bhp IVECO S-WAY models to suit all types of fleet operator and operational needs.

Two of the first trucks have been wrapped in Hexagon鈥檚 distinctive green and white livery and are equipped with extras including leather heated and cooled seats, flat bottomed leather steering wheel, alloy wheels, integrated TomTom Sat Nav, refrigerator, full LED headlights, and fuel-saving devices which will come as standard on every Hexagon IVECO S-WAY.

The Spanish-built S-WAY has an aerodynamics cab providing better fuel efficiency, with good onboard living conditions for the driver, providing a real 鈥渉ome from home鈥 environment.
Lockers provide up to 250 litres of internal storage space, and redesigned side window and mirrors provide greater visibility.
Hexagon works across a diverse customer portfolio including own account, logistics, general haulage, special types, home delivery and automotive.
