Major plans for a fuel station, lorry park, cafe and drive-thrus have been revealed for the start point of the Ƶ motorway network in North Lincolnshire.
The Brocklesby Estate and Lindum Group have applied for outline planning permission for the multi-million pound development at the intersection linking the M180, A180, A15 and A18 at Barnetby Top.
A total of 75 jobs are expected to be created, while facilities will be seen as a major boost following recent port expansion proposals for Immingham.

The site, sitting just south of the interchange - is also a major junction for Humberside Airport and the Humber Bridge - and would be able to welcome 200 lorries.
It would also include electric vehicle charging points and short-stay caravan parking bays.
The application claims the park will provide much-needed services for lorries travelling to and from the Humber’s ports and businesses.
“There are at least three private lorry parks [on the M180] which are regularly full during the peak period. Accordingly, HGV drivers often have no choice but to park up in laybys or other inappropriate off-line locations, such as industrial estates, and stop overnight,” the application states.

Both of the drive-thru restaurants – with operators not yet revealed - are expected to employ up to 25 people.
Another 13 would work in the filling station, with a further 23 in the café.
The development has been in the pipeline for several years, with progress stalled due to the Covid pandemic. A hotel had been mooted for the site at one point.
A similar, smaller service station is currently located to the north of the interchange.
The plans are currently open for public consultation ahead of a hearing.
Both Lindum Group and Brocklesby Estate have been approached for comment on the proposal.
