European road freight specialist Europa Road in Colwick, Nottingham, has announced two promotions.
Joe Partner, who joined the business in 2018, has been promoted from Nottingham branch manager to regional manager.
He has more than 10 years’ experience in logistics and in his new role he will be covering the northern area of the business, which includes five sites from Glasgow to Manchester.

Sam Morgan, who first joined Europa Road in 2019, is replacing him as branch manager, after being promoted from senior road account manager.
Based at Colwick Quays Business Park, the Nottingham Europa Road office is a team of 13.
The promotions are part of the internal operational restructure that is underway at Europa Road to ensure customers are supported now the Brexit transition period has passed.
Europa Road is part of Europa Worldwide Group, and offers European road freight services for both import and export customers across Europe.
Mr Partner said: “I am very excited to be taking on this position and overseeing operations across the northern region.

“I will be using the experience I have gained within the Nottingham team to help build our relationships with customers in the north and continue to provide them with an excellent service.”
In October 2017, Europa moved to the new Nottingham office after quickly outgrowing its former office at the Civic Centre in Pavilion Road, West Bridgford.
The move helped to facilitate the growth of the customer base and internal team, as well as position them as one of the leading European transport providers for businesses across the East Midlands.
Sam Morgan said: “I’m thrilled to be taking on this role and heading up our Nottingham branch, especially at such an exciting time for Europa Road as we continue to expand and grow.
“I look forward to driving the team forward and building our customer network.”
