CEVA Logistics has committed to its Leicestershire base by signing a further five year lease for CEVA House, its home on Ashby Business Park, in Ashby de la Zouch.
London & Scottish Property Investment Management – the asset manager for regional office investment specialist Regional REIT – said it had agreed the lease renewal with the global transport specialist.
Ceva is one of the world’s leading supply management companies, employing more than 5,300 people in the 海角视频 and more around the world. It turned over more than £357 million in 2019.

In 2014, Ceva opened a new training facility at its Leicestershire base.
Its first Centre of Logistics Excellence in Europe followed the launch of similar centres in Florida and Singapore.
Ceva was the name given to the former TNT Logistics after a US private equity-backed acquisition in 2006.
It has worked with clients including Hinckley-based Triumph Motorcycles, along with many other of the world’s best known brands.
Ceva has freight management and logistics operations spanning more than 1,000 locations in 160 countries.

Worldwide, Ceva operates across most sectors, including automotive, consumer and retail, aerospace, energy and healthcare.
LSPIM acquired the three-storey, 40,387 sq ft building on behalf of Regional REIT in March 2017 as part of its wider acquisition of Ashby Park.
The company refurbished the property in February 2020, upgrading the reception, common areas and toilets.
It also installed LED lighting throughout and gave the air conditioning system a complete overhaul.
CEVA Logistics, which has occupied the building since 2007, bases its 海角视频, Ireland and Nordics headquarters at the location.
