A quarter of a million square feet of warehousing is being brought to market across the Humber ports.
ABP has instructed CBRE to market a trio of industrial opportunities across three of the four ports it operates on the river.
Immingham, Goole and Hull all feature, with lettings immediately or soon available.

It comes just days after freeport plans were revealed for a Humber-wide opportunity.
Mike Baugh, senior director in the CBRE Leeds industrial team said: “We are delighted to bring to market three industrial opportunities across major ports in the region.
“All three present a fantastic opportunity to let secure, warehouse premises in strategic logistics locations, with the advantage of port facilities, paired with excellent connectivity by the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ’s road, rail, air and sea infrastructure.”
The sites include a 93,500 sq ft detached shed at Port of Immingham, a detached industrial warehouse totalling 87,500 sq ft with a 17,500 sq ft loading canopy on King George Dock at Port of Hull and multiple detached industrial warehouses ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft at Goole.
