Yes, it has hit pretty much 100% growth year on year and has evolved from a 海角视频 staff rate of nine (150 globally) in 2019, to now nudging 60 (350 world-wide).
And, yes, that鈥檚 an impressive record in its own right. But it鈥檚 only a small part of the story, because Xledger is as much an ethos as a brand. Whilst those quirky office features so welcomed by staff rightly made national headlines, it is just the start of the company鈥檚 long-term commitment to its staff, sport, the community and the environment.

Good sports
Xledger understands the positive impact and influence that sport has on the breaking down of social boundaries, age groups and inequalities - so marrying up the Xledger brand with teams that reflect the same ethos was a natural step.
Xledger has been a partner of Bristol Sport since 2019, and recently extended this partnership, while consolidating its position as back-of-shirt sponsor for the Bears Men and Women, Bears Academy and Bristol Flyers.
As well as enhancing its sponsorship, Xledger has become the official finance solutions partner for Bristol Sport.
鈥淚t鈥檚 incredibly exciting for Xledger, but this relationship has always been so much more than a badging exercise for us,鈥 explained Mark. 鈥淥ur relationship with Bristol Sport is representative of two organisations which are both growing and becoming increasingly successful for the right reasons.鈥
Xledger is in it for the long-term. So much so that its staff give up their own time to support, for example, Bear in Mind, an Initiative that helps young girls navigate the challenges of growing up in the digital world, such as dealing with body image.
Xledger鈥檚 involvement with the Bears Academy has also reaped rewards with attendee numbers growing, the inclusion of more state school children (the Academy now has an even split of state and private school students) and, with help, it has also developed the first Centre of Excellence for girls in the 海角视频.
And the support doesn鈥檛 stop there: the company backs an internship programme that aims to develop the young Bears Academy players on and off the field, giving them opportunities to gain work experience in a professional environment alongside sport.
The programme welcomes interns into the Xledger workplace, but also into a growing number of Bristol-based companies that have signed up to the scheme, including DAC Beachcroft, Matrix and Robert Half.
Xledger first piloted the programme in 2020 with the appointment of its first intern, a member of the Bears scholarship programme and an aspiring accountant who joined the Xledger team, The 2021/22 programme saw a further 13 scholars join the programme.
Creating an award-winning culture
Xledger was ranked as one of the best places to work in the 海角视频 by workplace culture organisation, Great Place to Work 海角视频 and scooped Best Place to Work at the BristolLive Business Awards 2021, 海角视频鈥檚 Best Workplaces鈩 in Tech 2021, and Employer of Year 2021.
Perhaps that鈥檚 not surprising when you consider what Mark and his team have created. Between lockdowns in 2020, Xledger moved into 11,000 square feet of newly renovated grade A office space at Tower Wharf - turning it into a 'destination hub' for its hybrid-working employees. The new design features a host of employee and client breakout areas, meeting rooms and entertainment spaces including a bar and a roof terrace.
Initiatives in place to support employee wellbeing include the outstanding office environment; a core hours and flexible working policy, giving staff more autonomy over when and where they work; monthly birthday drinks socials, as well as regular lunches, including a welcome lunch for each new employee; summer and Christmas parties, at which family members are welcome and monthly CEO awards on top of a host of further benefits..
