Entries are still open for the Hospitality Innovation Award, sponsored by , that has been created to celebrate those in the sector who have brilliantly adapted their business to meet the challenging Covid-19 restrictions. Judges will be looking for businesses that have transformed their delivery and eat-in services, demonstrated dedication to adopting new technologies, and shown commitment to providing a safe and pleasurable dining experience. Still open for business, its three offices are planning to reopen in June with plans this year for multi-million-pound schemes in Milton Keynes, London and Sheffield.
