Leading training provider, BCTG, champions adaptable new workforce

The BCTG Group comprises BCTG Ltd, PTP Training Ltd and Eurosource Solutions, and partner companies Further EPAO, and The Apprenticeship Works

Powering up our region’s economy requires the fuel of an enthusiastic and adaptable workforce.

Thankfully, more and more companies are tapping into that pipeline of emerging talent by employing apprentices.

And as the º£½ÇÊÓƵ marks National Apprenticeship Week, it’s a success story that are delighted to champion.

"We work with more than 200 large employers and time and again we see the highest level of commitment towards the development of their apprentices,” explains group chief executive Chris Luty.

"Frequently the variety and high-quality professional roles offered by these companies mean that for many the career potential of an apprenticeship far outweighs that of a traditional university course.”

And Chris should know. He heads up which has BCTG Ltd, PTP Training Ltd and Eurosource Solutions, and partner companies Further EPAO, and The Apprenticeship Works all under its umbrella.

Together, they support more than 10,000 young people and adults; and work with over 2,100 large and small employers to provide the skills demanded by business, help improve social mobility and so contribute to creating a vibrant regional economy.
