Greater Manchester’s industry trailblazers are being sought for this year’s MEN Business Awards. The awards will be held on May 11 at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester - and are a fantastic opportunity for companies in the region to have their accomplishments recognised, and cement their place as leading figures in Manchester’s business community. Entries can be submitted via the official website - and are open until March 27.
A wide range of individuals and organisations have taken home a win at the MEN Business Awards - winning recognition for their ambition, outstanding results, innovative use of technology, social responsibility and more. One of 2022’s big winners was The Senator Group, which took home the award for Head Office outside Greater Manchester (Turnover over £100m)
When asked about their win last year, Marie Raynor from the Senator Group said: “We were so proud to win the award last year – it was a real recognition of how the business has developed and a testament to the hard work and innovation of our people. Not only did it recognise our achievements to date, it also gave us an opportunity to develop new connections, new collaborations, and new business prospects.
Manchester is such a vibrant, diverse, and thriving city, and the businesses in and around it are fantastic. Whether it’s a global brand, a large home-grown business, or a small SME, there tends to be a similarly honest, down to earth and ‘Northern’ approach to how we all interact. This ethos is one of the reasons we loved being part of the process.
Entering the awards gives opportunities to understand and engage with amazing Manchester-based businesses. Even just going through the first stage, we were able to host companies like PwC, Brewin Dolphin, and Robert Walters at our business and showcase what the business was all about. Winning the award gave us that extra boost and has helped us to attract both clients and employees from Greater Manchester."
If you think that your business belongs on the illustrious list of winners, don’t hesitate to submit an entry. You might be a small company just getting started, or an established force to be reckoned with - the MEN Business Awards celebrates everyone that helps make Greater Manchester such an incredible place to live and work.
There are 13 categories in total - so if you think that you, or your business are a good fit for any of the categories below, submit an entry at .
