The Saxons, Leicester, submitted by MDA Consulting

The Saxons development transformed an old HMRC office in Leicester city centre into luxury accommodation for professionals.

It features 100 one- and two-bedroom apartments with shared amenities including a concierge, workspaces, gym, yoga studio, outdoor social area, secure bike storage and electric vehicle charging points. The transformation of the existing building required careful engineering and design.

Using new materials allowed for seamless integration with the existing structure while elevating the once dull office block into a luxurious apartment building.

The Villers, Whetstone, submitted by Lovell Partnerships

The Villers is an affordable residential scheme of 78 homes in the village of Whetstone which features 23 different house types.
