GWR timetables are changing soon - and we have the perfect podcast for your commute

Great Western Railway is about to make the 'biggest timetable change' since 1976, with three quarters of all train stations affected.

This overhaul will come into effect this Sunday, meaning on Monday your usual commute is likely to have had a bit of a shake-up.

From next week, trains will arrive and depart at different times and from different platforms, and trains won’t always stop at the stations they did before.

In Bristol, changes mainly affect routes to London Paddington, with not all services now calling at Swindon or Reading.

Bristol Parkway will see additional trains running non-stop to the capital while Temple Meads will see an increase in services, reducing journey times by up to 17 minutes.
