What the sponsors have to say

The East Midlands Top 500 highlights some of the region's most incredible success stories while recognising the hard work of local universities which are educating the business leaders of tomorrow. The listing not only applauds regional companies, but international powerhouses too with known headquarters in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
Joe Levy, managing director of Bradgate Estates says: "Being a family business we believe in building strength in our community and we want to use the East Midlands Top 500 platform to help bridge the gap between academia and business. We also want to retain the wealth of our region and invest in its most important commodity; our people.
"Anything which shines a spotlight on the East Midland's success is good for the economy. We should be encouraging 2023's top 500 companies to employ their staff from the talent pool which includes both excellent graduates from our regional universities, and professionals working in our local area, in order to help us thrive.
"These businesses should also be communicating among themselves as much as possible to utilise each other's expertise and experience. It's the collaboration between Derby, Nottingham and Leicester which propels the common message of strength in our unity.
"People shouldn't underestimate the importance of the East Midlands when competing with other regions such as London, the West Midlands and North East. We're all trying to attract new investment, retain jobs and talent and I haven't seen any other platform promote that apart from the listing."
