Wren Kitchens is continuing its US expansion with a £23 million investment in eight new mega stores this year.

The Humber giant crossed the Atlantic in 2020, and has just opened its third showroom in the Northeast region.

Now 500 more jobs are to be added to the 200 now employed Stateside, as manufacturing, transport and administration are all kept in house just like the º£½ÇÊÓƵ model.

Locations in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey will now be added, with Selden NY, Wilkes-Barre PA and Lawrenceville NJ all lined up this summer.

It follows the addition of Levittown NY to Connecticut’s Milford and Newington.

Raf Klimek, Wren Kitchens’ manufacturing and logistics director, said: “We’ve brought a unique concept to the American kitchen market for the very first time and it’s proving successful.

“The Northeast coast is a prime location for Wren in terms of connectivity, making it the perfect platform to continue our exciting expansion plans.”
