A Wiltshire manufacturer of castors and wheels has acquired a removals equipment firm for an undisclosed sum.
Calne-based BIL Group said the deal for Evo Supplies was a "strategic addition" to its portfolio of material handling brands.
The Porte Marsh Road company also manufactures materials handling equipment used by delivery drivers and in warehousing operations. The business employs more than 60 staff and was itself acquired by PHD Industrial Holdings in 2022.
It is the company鈥檚 second acquisition and follows the purchase of H Varley Ltd in March last year.

EVO Supplies was founded in 2013 when Juliet and Greg Dunn purchased a small removal supplies business on Mersea Island in Essex. The company is now one of the 海角视频鈥檚 leading manufacturers of wooden furniture skates, or 'dollies'. Ms Dunn will retire following the acquisition.
"EVO鈥檚 skates and dollies are an attractive product range which also brings significant synergies in combination with castors and wheels," added Mr Murrow.
"EVO is a well-established brand, with a strong reputation for its high quality in the 海角视频 market, and we are looking to build on existing and new customers and export this product further to a wider market.鈥
Looking ahead, Mr Murrow said the company was focused on expanding its "portfolio and capabilities". The group is actively pursuing further acquisition opportunities within the materials handling and castors and wheels sectors.
