A leading East Yorkshire modular builder’s rapid growth shows no sign of abating after it was awarded a place on a procurement framework worth £330 million.
Premier Modular, one of the 海角视频’s leading offsite construction specialists, has been accepted by LHC.
It covers the design, supply and installation of both temporary and permanent modular buildings to NHS trusts, local authorities, social landlords, and other public bodies for the next four years.
LHC is described as one of the longest-established public sector procurement specialists.
Its MB2 framework includes buildings for education, healthcare, emergency services, offices, community facilities, student accommodation, and can also be used for residential projects that form part of a mixed-use development. It is designed to give public sector construction clients easy access to modular buildings for hire and bespoke offsite solutions for permanent applications.

Premier’s appointment follows a rigorous selection process which included a detailed assessment of the quality and technical performance of the Brandesburton firm’s offsite building systems.

The £65.3 million turnover business now employs more than 250, and was bought out by British equity house Cabot Square from a South African construction group in February.
