Rail industry maintenance specialist CWE Ltd has secured a major new contract with Network Rail.

Part of the coupling set up, the Mk3 Autoballaster undergoes a scheduled 10-yearly maintenance period.

Each consists of five wagons, with a set including eight assemblies. In total CWE will overhaul 24 sets at its recently established Centre of Excellence for Rail in North Lincolnshire.

This is an extremely important and significant win for CWE as we look to build on our ambition of being a strategic partner for the rail sector.
