Solihull manufacturing group Hill & Smith has acquired a Staffordshire firm for £12.4 million.
Listed Hill & Smith, which designs, manufactures and supplies infrastructure products and galvanizing services to global markets, has bought Parking Facilities.
Based in Tamworth, Parking Facilities specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of a range of parking and access control products including cantilever, bi-fold and swing gates, barriers, bollards and rising kerbs.

The £10m-turnover company also offers a bespoke service from design to manufacture, supplying custom-built products to match existing surroundings.
Hill & Smith's chief executive Derek Muir said: "Parking Facilities has a wide range of high-quality products that complement our existing hostile vehicle mitigation and related security product offering, enabling us to provide comprehensive perimeter security solutions to customers in both 海角视频 and international markets."
Alongside its West Midlands base, Hill & Smith operates from sites in France, the US, Sweden, Norway, India and Australia.
