An East Yorkshire holiday home manufacturer has saved itself a staggering 6,000 hours of work a year after partnering with a new software, services and equipment provider.

Victory Leisure Homes has become the first in its sector to use Hilti’s management system, allowing it to control vital components across the dual sites in Gilberdyke and Hull, in a deal worth more than £100,000.

Based on a 40-hour working week, it frees up three people every year, and comes against a backdrop of one of the toughest labour markets seen.

Mark Hewitt, director of operations at Victory Leisure Homes, said: “As a company that prides itself on challenging the norm and turning traditional processes on their head, we were eager to make the most of Hilti’s market-leading ON!Track technology to create the most efficient and productive system possible for our team.

Victory has partnered with Hilti.

“As well as providing workers with the very best tools for the job, the partnership streamlines the manufacturing process and allows the team to have complete visibility on everything they need with one touch of a button.
