A Gloucester-based robotics and automation supplier that has been operating in the town for more than 30 years has been acquired in a multimillion-pound management buyout.
CKF Systems is one of the largest 海角视频-based system integrators, designing and manufacturing robotic systems, automated solutions and conveyor systems.
The management team of CKF Systems were advised by solicitors Willans.
Chris Wills, head of corporate, led the transaction with assistance from corporate solicitor Helen Howes.

Law firm BPE advised the exiting shareholders in the buyout.
The team was led by corporate partner Adam Kean, with support from associate Angharad Doyle and solicitor Rupert Parker.
