An ex-England Rugby World Cup winner is spearheading a recruitment drive at a Derby firm which is looking to triple the size of its workforce.
Jason Robinson was a member of the England team which won the tournament in 2003, scoring a try in the final.
After retiring from the game in 2011, Jason has gone on to work for recruitment firm TXM Recruit as an ambassador, using his experiences both in sport and life, to inspire staff and candidates.

TXM was founded in Milton Keynes back in 2005 and two years ago it opened a second in Derby, in Brunel Parkway, on Pride Park.
At the time, the firm decided to have a central base in order to serve clients across the 海角视频, particularly rail and manufacturing firms.
Today, TXM has branches across the world, with a presence in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
The Derby office provides permanent and temporary recruitment solutions within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, with subdivisions that cover automotive, motor sport, built environment, defence, rail and engineering.
Its client base includes a number of big names, particularly in the world of Formula One.

The Derby office currently employs eight recruitment consultants, but now TXM is looking to more than triple that number to 26.
The new recruits are specifically needed to join its teams serving the Formula One, rail, construction and aerospace sectors.
To attract fresh talent to its ranks, the firm will be holding a recruitment event at The Yard restaurant, at Derby County’s Pride Park Stadium, on Thursday, September 12, from 6pm to 8.30pm.
It will be hosted by ex-Bradford Bulls and New Zealand captain Robbie Hunter-Paul, who works for TXM as its marketing director, with Jason giving a talk about his career, life after rugby and why he has linked up with TXM.
Speaking to Business Live, Jason, who was made an OBE in 2008, said: “I’ve worked with the team at TXM Recruit now for over six years and it’s been incredible, but not surprising, to see their rapid growth.
“They are a company that are going places and I understand that Derby is key to their progress. This is a great opportunity for locals to be a part of something special with a company that cares.
