Everards brewery looking for 45 new staff

Everards is opening a new brewery with a beer hall, shop and new offices on a 70 acre site – renamed Everards Meadows

How the new Everards brewery will look

A family-owned brewery and pub business is looking for more than 45 staff members to work at its new headquarters which opens this spring.

Everards is opening a new brewery with a beer hall, shop and new offices on a 70 acre site – renamed Everards Meadows – on the southern outskirts of Leicester.

Work started on a new base near the River Soar and junction 21 of the M1, after Everards sold its previous home over the road for a £168 million extension to Fosse Park shopping centre.

When it opens, production of its Tiger, Sunchaser, Old Original, Golden Hop and Beacon bitters will move back in-house.

For the last couple of years its beers have been brewed outside the county.

Leicester-based recruitment consultancy ER Recruitment is working with the Everards to recruit the new staff.

It has worked with Everards for several years helping bring in new recruits to its leadership team.

The roles it is currently filling include kitchen assistants, line chefs, team members and team leaders.
