Key account manager Nasreen Djema said: "Our first motivation to move to the region was to be close to our client base.
"Warwickshire and the wider area has a very strong automotive sector and we wanted to have an office at the heart of that.
"There are other companies based here that work in the same field which is exciting and we also have opportunities to grow within the building over the coming years.
"The team at the science park have given us a really positive welcome and we look forward to a bright future here."
Jane Talbot, manager of Warwick Innovation Centre, added: "We are thrilled to welcome Continental to the science park.
"We are home to a range of businesses in automotive technology and Continental really are at the forefront of the industry.
"Having a major international brand choose us as its base in the region is a huge testament to what we offer and we will do everything we can to support the growth of the company's office in Warwick."
