Manufacturing group launches new base in Erdington to showcase door and window range

A window and door specialist has opened a new showroow in Erdington.

BuyWindowsOnline has agreed a 10-year lease on 9,789 sq ft of office and warehouse space in Tyburn Road.

The company manufactures, supplies and installs aluminum, timber & UPVC slim line and residential windows, entrance doors, bi-folding doors and conservatories to customers throughout the 海角视频.

Managing director Simon Millard said: "Our requirement was for a well-located showroom facility with warehouse storage and the premises on Tyburn Road have already started to attract new business as well as build awareness of our brand."

Real estate services firm DTZ acted on behalf of a private landlord.

Jonathan Robinson, associate director in its industrial agency team, added: "We are delighted to have agreed this letting which will enable BuyWindowsOnline to expand their regional presence.

"Tyburn Road has proven to be an attractive location for roadside occupiers due to the high levels of traffic and close accessibility to the M6 motorway."
